Order Processing Time

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Confirmation: You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Note: During high-volume periods or sales, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3 to 7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1 to 3 business days

  • Free Shipping: Applicable on orders above a specified threshold (as advertised on our store banner).

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's portal.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will gladly look into it for you.

Product Handling & Care Notice

Since our products consist of natural oils, herbal powders, and natural cream formulations, temperature changes during transit may occasionally affect texture (e.g., natural coconut-based oils solidifying in cooler weather). This is completely normal and does not affect product quality.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or compromised in any way, please email us immediately with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A photo/video of the item’s condition and packaging

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution (replacement or store credit).
